1. Overview

These Service Terms set out how Oxford Linen Loft provides laundry and related pick-up services within Oxford. By booking a collection or using this site, you agree to the following conditions. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Bookings and Collections

Bookings may be made online, by message, or by phone. Each confirmed order receives a reference number. We operate within OX1–OX4 postcodes unless otherwise agreed. Customers are responsible for leaving laundry in a safe, accessible place at the arranged time.

3. Processing and Care

Items are washed and dried according to the instructions you provide or, where not stated, by standard low-risk cycles suitable for cottons and blends. While reasonable care is taken, delicate fabrics or unlabelled materials are cleaned at the customer’s discretion. Please check pockets for valuables or sensitive items before collection.

4. Returns and Delays

We aim to return all loads within the agreed window. Circumstances such as severe weather or vehicle issues may require schedule changes; in those cases, customers receive updated times. We will not be liable for indirect losses resulting from delay.

5. Payments

Pricing appears on the main website and may change with prior notice. Payment is due upon delivery via cash, card, or approved transfer. Invoices for repeat clients are payable within seven days.

6. Liability

Oxford Linen Loft accepts liability only up to the replacement value of the affected item, capped at £25 per garment or £100 per order. Damage arising from manufacturer defects, concealed items, or colour-bleed cannot be compensated.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than two hours before pickup incur no charge. Later cancellations may include a small route fee to cover travel time. If you cannot be present at the arranged time, please notify us by phone to reschedule.

8. Data and Privacy

All customer details are processed in line with our Privacy Outline and Cookie Choices. We collect only what is necessary for service delivery and compliance with UK GDPR.

9. Changes to Terms

Oxford Linen Loft may amend these Terms to reflect new legal or operational requirements. Updated versions will appear here with the revised date. Continued use of our service after an update indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
